An ideal State, as I Understand itBy: Alexander UzingerForm 10Year 2012-2013Teacher Malinovskaya O.O.Udelnaya, Ramenskoye, Moscow region
My ideal State…As for me an ideal State is a parliamentary monarchy. That is: the monarch is the head of state, but theparliament rules the country. In my country themonarch hasn’t got a real power. He(she) representsthe country. The parliament has 3 branches of power:legislative, executive and judicial.
The Monarch must be responsible, sociable, generous, honest, skilful and prudent. TheMembers of the parliament must have the sametraits as the monarch. In addition to it they mustbe well educated, know the laws and they mustwish their country to be wealthy and prosperous. They must be patriots of their country.
The Bill of Rights:-Everybody must keep laws. If anybody break alaw, he must be punished.-The State guarantees the rights.-Everybody has the right to live.-Work must be given to everybody.-Every citizen must have freedom.-All citizens must have equal rights.…and other laws.
