The Challenge:
DIPACO was running Eclipse for their operations; however, it was not meeting their
needs. The system ran across 5 servers, and they had to manage the redundancy,
nightly back-ups, and many other expensive IT tasks. Furthermore, even with all
this infrastructure the system still crashed resulting in lost visibility to customer
orders and inventory. This resulted in the following challenges:
 Too much costs required for the infrastructure
 Rigid system that was not flexible enough to adapt to their operational
needs
 Required better visibility of the end-to-end flow within the warehouse
The Solution:
The new manufacturing requirements, as well as their growth, lead DIPACO to
select and implement NetSuite. The cloud architecture freed up costs and also
provided much better availability. To ensure the warehouse operation was
