jet fuel

• All dynamic components contain a heat port, which
 may remain unconnected – adiabatic component
 may be connected to a temperature source (variable or constant)
 may be connected to a heat source (variable or constant)
• Several heat transfer correlations are available to determine heat
transfer between flow and wall temperature (const. ht coeff, Re-
based etc.)
• Heat exchangers require either heat transfer data (NTU) or
effectiveness maps. Detailed geometric HX available in Heat
Exchanger Library
• Temperature and heat flow boundary conditions are available from
the Modelon Base Library
