2. Main film idea
• My film genre is a crime thriller genre. My film idea is about gangster
Francesco Poezzi and how his gang terrorise the streets. However Poezzi
faces his biggest challenge when a new gang starts causing him trouble.
Donny Castro takes a more youthful approach to his gang dealings and
plans to knock Poezzi off of his perch. However with another gang causing
trouble it leads to detectives stepping up their chase for Poezzi leading to
Poezzi needing to deal with two massive challenges.
4. Props and costumes used/needed
• Here is a list of the props and costumes I will need for my movie trailer. Fake guns/other
weapons, fake cigars, empty alcohol bottles, cars, toy cars, A Suit, black bomber jacket, black
jeans, brown detective like coat, and notepads. However I have already got some of these
props as shown here:
I have also got the jeans suits and
notepads to go with these other
props, thus leaving me with only a
few more things to collect.
5. Songs/sounds used
• As we are only allowed 15 seconds of copyrighted music I have chosen two songs to use and cut them
down so they come out at 14 seconds of music used. The songs are Shipping up to Boston, and Feeling
Good (Michael Buble version).

• I plan to add in SUB near the start of the trailer when Poezzi’s gang are causing trouble and will play the
song from 36 seconds to 42 seconds, which is 6 seconds. I will then play Feeling good near the end of the
trailer when Poezzi’s gang are battling with Castro’s gang. Ill play the song from 3 minutes 14 seconds to 3
minutes 22 seconds which is 8 seconds of the song thus giving me 14 seconds of copyrighted music.

• I gathered this sounds off of free sound.org and believe they are perfect for my trailer. I will place

6. Locations
• I have already found a range of locations that I plan to use for my trailer. For starters I plan to use the
drama room in school for Poezzi’s office, and will also use Mr Dochertys room as the detectives office.
However I have also got locations outside of school which I can use for example, I will use various allies for
the gang members to run up into, as well as fight, and the third image will be where Castro and his gang
appear. I will also use the canals in town for Castro and Poezzi to face off near the end of the trailer. I also
plan to get a shot of the Birmingham skyline for the start of the trailer.
