Editor's Notes
Good morning everyone, I think some of you are already leaders and others may take the position as leaders in the future, so I thought about talking Leadership , something important to everyone.
A leader is the one who inspires , motivates and leads people to accomplish goals
Leadership is all about influencing a group of people for achieving a common goal where one person leads the whole group
They give us direction and tell us where we are going.
Leader motivates the group member to achieve the task ,
Leader tracks every member of the group and check the progress to make sure that the member will achieve the targets on time
Leaders are busy and when sometimes when a member comes and tell something he remembers only half of the informaiton , that will make the member to de motivate, leader shuold be a good lisenter. You can look for the key words and it makes recalling easier.
Making plans is a key thing, leader should plan short term plans as well as long terms plans to achieve goals and through that to achieve objectives.
People in all levels must feel as if they needed, team member should be motivated to get the work done properly. As a leader you can motivate by keeping them inform, challenge a person , praising ,
Getting all the ideas from everyone before taking any decision , this is good when the team agree after the decision made. The team will be collectively responsible for the outcome .
Help the leader to get the knowledge and the skills of teams members.
Used when there need to be a quick decision . Or there is no need of others to take that decision .
This style is good for High level management
Emplyess have to follow irders and they have only a little opprtunity .
Maximum freedom to their team member. No one to check them , if its wrong
