But before I try to sell it I need to find out who my target market it - I used business model canvas for that. Whats important to note is that anything I put on the BMC is an assumption the first time I create my BMC.. thereafter, I have to test my assumption and then update the BMC. As yu can imagine after a few iterations and validations - I will have a BMC that tells a story about how I create value by selling young living essential oils.
Without a customer, a business wont be successful whatever the value it generates is..
