    • 4. <ul><li>Target group - definitions </li></ul><ul><li>Asylium seekers: Asylum seekers are those who come to Sweden and apply for protection (asylum) here, but who have not yet had their application assessed. </li></ul><ul><li>Flykting ; According to the Refugee Convention, Swedish law and the EU rules, you are a refugee if you have good reasons to be afraid of attacks or persecution because of: race; nationality; religious or political beliefs; sex; sexual orientation; or belonging to a certain social group . </li></ul><ul><li>” Anläggningsflykting”: A person living in a ”camp”, while waiting for their decission. </li></ul><ul><li>” Kvotflykting”: Sweden cooperates with the UN refugee agency, UNHCR, in order to provide protection for refugees within the framework of a special refugee quota. Every year a Swedish authority, the Swedish Migration Board, makes special trips to selected places in the world to interview people who have requested protection via UNHCR. Decisions about who will be offered residence permits for Sweden are based on these interviews. </li></ul><ul><li>Immigrants; Can be different categories, such as labourimmigrants and immigrants of love . </li></ul>
