a. Explain the meaning for four of the symbols shown in Figure 1.

2. [8 marks] Answer ether (a) or (b) of the following:
a. Draw and complete the views shown in Figure 2 (a). Sketch the isometric
view. Select suitable dimensions.
b. Draw the views shown in Figure 2 (b) and add the right side view. Sketch
the isometric view. Select suitable dimensions.

inclined surfaces). Add the right partial auxiliary view to show the inclined surfaces in
