1. Write the following sentence in single-stroke vertical lettering 10

3. Construct a regular pentagon of 50 mm side using general method.
4. The front view and top view of an object are given in the figure
below. Draw the auxiliary view of the sloping side of the object :

5. The major axis of an ellipse is 100 mm and length of minor axis is

6. Draw any two views of the object shown in the figure below if the
front view is in the direction of x and side view is in the direction of
y and top view is in the direction of z :
7. A regular pentagonal prism of side of base 40 mm and height
80 mm has its base in HP and one of its rectangular face making
45° to the VP. It is cut by a section plane inclined at 60° to the HP
and perpendicular to VP and passing through the centre of the top
face. Draw its sectional top view and front view.
8. The front view and right side views of an object is as shown below.
Draw its pictorial isometric view :
9. A hexagonal prism of base 25 mm and height 70 mm is standing on
HP with one of its base edges parallel to VP. It is cut by a section
plane, inclined at 45° to HP and passing through the point on axis
which is at a distance of 35 mm from ground. Draw the
development of lateral surface of prism.

10. A cylinder of base diameter 35 mm and axes 60 mm is inclined at
30° to HP. It is cut by a sectional plane parallel and inclined at 10°
HP bisects the axis. Draw the sectional front and top views.
