shop in our bakery. Additionally, customers have been coming 
back, especially our regulars. 
The customer sign up process is simple and doesn’t take up 
much time at all. In fact, I’ve had to put in many orders for 
more cards because so many people are excited to sign up.
With a paper punch card, we didn’t know who our customers 
were or whether or not they were coming back. With FiveStars 
we have a way to reach out to them and remind them we’re
