Thank you very much for your continual support for great and wonderful service with Chozen
Gear!
We are proud to have you with us. Here are some store operation adjustments I feel you should
be aware of.
1. STORE OPERATIONS

Stores close on Sundays.
Stores open an hour later and close an hour earlier Monday through Saturday.
Full-time employees will work four 10-hour days a week.
Part-time employees will work 1-, 2-, or 3-day workweeks or consolidate their hours.
No stores are closing, and no new stores are opening.
These changes are design to increase a healthier work environment, enhance morale, embrace
comfort, and to save our employee’s money long term. The new store schedule will rid of shifts for
employees to come in early morning and leave late at night.
2. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT

These changes reduce your commuting costs.
•
Save vehicle fuel and vehicle “wear-and-tear.”
•
Your well-deserve earnings provide you more freedom to enjoy the rest of the week.
•
More time can be spent with family and friends, even quality time with the children and
significant other.
