 Wrote SQL queries that captured data from Verizon application back end data and created conversion

implementation. This application allowed for “real time” decision making based on geo-coding of
work versus the GPS location of the technician to improve dispatch productivity and reduce
operating costs. Managed $9 million implementation Budget. New application realized $32 million
in savings in first year. (This is now SBC standard across all 13 states).

 Developed new mapping process in WFA/DO application which utilized all engineering
distribution areas with correct travel algorithms to dispatch tech on next closest job

optimization through WFA/DO across all Maintenance Centers for SBC
