Franklin was put in nursing home last year by his son Justin. Justin’s busy schedule makes it hard for him to visit his father as often as he would like, so Franklin’s nurse, Tammy, recommended he sign his father up with Connect the Dots. Tammy explains how CTD helps fight memory loss and lets Justin stay connected with his father. Tammy loves CTD because it makes her job easier and helps her help the patients by being able to engage their past memories provided by family & friends.
