In 2005, Jennifer Winter and Kris Klein, former “Big 5” executives,
founded Lenati with three goals in mind:
1) An exclusive focus on marketing and sales strategy
2) Develop a space for our people to develop and hone their expertise
3) Foster a entrepreneurial culture to encourage innovation
Lenati, this year, celebrated its 10-year anniversary and in
those years, we have grown methodically and judiciously from
three to over fifty consultants.
By focusing on work that yields clear and measurable results,
Lenati continues to grow, adding 10 new clients in 2014.
Lenati’s History
Having the right environment to do the kind of work we love is why Lenati
was founded. Today, Lenati remains true to its startup roots. Each consultant
is encouraged to build their own personal brand and take an entrepreneurial
approach to their job.
We foster an open, collaborative environment where
ideas are shared freely and frankly. Our organization
is pleasantly devoid of common office politics as we
