IF you want to gather Honey, Don’t
kick Over the Beehive
Don’t criticize,condemn,or complain.
Most people don’t respond very well to criticism or complains, so if you are
feeling such things about someone , just bite your tongue and hold back.
By doing this you avoid unnecessary negativity to a conversation ,
negativity can easily backfire on you
by making others think less of you.

The Big Secret of Dealing with people
. -Dr.Dewey said that the deepest urge in human nature is
“The Desire to be important”.
-Freud said that “The desire to be great”.
-Lincoln said that “Every body likes a compliment”.
-William James said that “Craving to be appreciated”.
-Rockefeller said that “We don’t always do as as well as upstairs”.
-Don’t give Flattery, always give honest & sincere appreciation,Beacause honest
appreciation got results where criticism & ridicule failed.

If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the
other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as
well as from your own.
Peoples who can put themselves in the place of other people, who can
understand the workings of their minds, need never worry about what
the future has in store for them.

A Sure Way Of Making
Enemies &
How to Avoid it
The easiest way to make an enemy is to tell them that they are wrong.
Don’t tell them they are wrong, don’t get them stirred up.
Show respect for the other person’s opinions. Never say, you’re wrong.
If you are wrong admit it.

A Drop Of Honey
A drop of honey catches more flies than a gallon of gall.
If you could win a man to your way of thinking, first
convince him that you are his sincere friend, there in is a
drop of honey catches his heart.
Of the people you meet, 75% are starving for sympathy. Give sympathy
to them and they will love you. If you want to win people to your way
of thinking, put into practice sympathy.
Begin in a friendly way.

The Secret of Socrates.
Socrates was one of the greatest philosophers in humankind. He changed the course
of human thought. He never told people they were wrong.
Socrates' secret is simple, begin all conversations on things which you agree. Do not
begin by discussing differences. Emphasize common purposes and keep emphasizing
these things. Keep your opponent saying yes and, if possible, never permit him to
say no. No is difficult to overcome.
When any person says “YES” none if the withdrawal activity take place.
It is very simple technique this “YES” response.
GET THE OTHER PERSON SAYING “YES”,”YES” immediately.

How to get Cooperation
You have more faith in ideas that you discover yourself than those told
or handed to you. Then is it not wiser to make suggestions then let the
other person arrive at the conclusion? No one wants to feel they are
being sold or told something. We feel much better if we are acting on
our own accord or the idea was our own. People want to be consulted
on their ideas, wishes, wants, and thoughts.
Let The Other Person Feel That The Idea Is His Or Hers.

An Appeal That Everybody Likes
Everyone, I mean everyone, has a high regard for themselves being fine and
unselfish in their own estimation. There seems to be two reasons that
motivate people to an end; one that sounds good and the other one that is
actual. You do not need to emphasize the real reason as the person will most
definitely think of that one. However, being idealist at heart we think of
motives that sound good. So in order to influence people we need to appeal
to the nobler cause.

Don’t Criticize to anyone directly,
You are better off criticizing indirectly.

criticizing the other person.

No one likes to take order.
If you going to instruct anyone to do something instead of
giving direct order.
Ask some question about the problem & lead them to a
solution.
