Organization development aims to improve an organization through planned changes involving its goals, structure, technology, and people. It takes a systematic problem-oriented approach, viewing the organization as a whole. The process focuses on creating change by improving individuals' attitudes, values, and interests, as people are the drivers of any changes made to goals, equipment, markets, and other organizational elements. For an organization to survive and grow with the changing environment, it must adapt through innovation, though organizational development must be implemented with awareness of the broader social, economic, and political context.

started with the concept of people change.
When attitudes, interests, values of
individuals improve, automatically,
everything else improves. Nothing moves
without people .They are the prime movers
of change.Goals,funds, equipment, markets
change because individuals do something to
them.

change. For it is they discover and feel the
