This short talk will outline the use of blogs in a one-semester university presentation skills course. Two groups of German students (B1/B2 and C1 levels) selected and watched talks on the TED website, and then posted their analysis of the presentation elements they observed, as well as comments on classmates' selections, in a class blog (WordPress) set up for this purpose. I'll show the blogs, explain how I defined the tasks, evaluate the process and give some insights into the general nitty-gritty of using blogs with students.
