   Bharti Airtel has changed its brand identity, launched a New
    Logo, New signature tone.

   The company has also announced that they have crossed 200
    Million GSM Subscribers, which strengthen its global presence
    and leadership in telecom sector .

   Launching the new brand identity of company, Sunil Bharti Mittal,
    Chairman and Managing Director :
    “Today, as it expand on the global stage, this new brand identity
    gives us the opportunity to present a single, powerful and unified
    face to our customers, stakeholders and partners around the
    world. ”

   It reinforces our promise to deliver innovative services and a
    superior brand experience to our 200 million customers across
    Asia and Africa

ISO 9001:2000 certification from British Standards Institue .
   Airtel’s another strong point is their prompt customer
    service and follow up.
   Customer’s complaint calls were attended at times in
    less than an hour and we cannot expect such a
    service level from other service providers .
   Airtel also stood for reliable broadband connectivity
    and decent internet connection speed.
    Airtel offers premium service at a price that can be
    afforded; it is yet match BSNL on the pricing.
   However, as a private telecom company they have
    their own constrictions in terms of offering their
    services at a further lower price.
    When compared to the other private telecom
    companies such as Reliance or Tata Indicom, Airtel is
    more competitive.

Airtel’s another strong point is their prompt customer service and follow up.  Customer’s complaint calls were attended at times in less than an hour and we cannot expect such a service level from other service providers .  Airtel also stood for reliable broadband connectivity and decent internet connection speed.  Airtel offers premium service at a price that can be afforded; it is yet match BSNL on the pricing.  However, as a private telecom company they have their own constrictions in terms of offering their services at a further lower price.  When compared to the other private telecom companies such as Reliance or Tata Indicom, Airtel is more competitive.
