section staff. Make sure work related tasks are completed and
discharged in a timely manner consistent with the most efficient
standards, scheduling priorities and meeting completion targets.
Ensure the company is kept abreast of all regulations and any changes
and/or new laws & regulations related to its work.
Responsible for all Logistics works.
Administer Custom Clearance process.
Review the company paid taxes, ensuring its compliance with the

Provide effective support to the Operations Manager in the supervision
and control of vessel and yard operations in order to achieve operational
objectives and maximize productivity.
Responsible under the direction of the Shift Manager for the allocation
and control of shift operational staff and the effective utilization of
equipment resources to meet planed objectives.
Allocation of Lashing Controllers to specific vessels and responsibility for
ensuring unlashing/lashing work is done according to the work plan and
to a satisfactory standard.
Supervision of Deck & Wharf Controllers implementation of the
scheduled work plan and liaise with planners on any changes required.
Ensure that safe working practices according to the terminal policies and
procedures are strictly adhered to and Personal Protective Equipment is
worn at all times by company employees/contractors in operational
areas of the terminal.
Responsible for maintaining a satisfactory level of staff discipline during
the shift.
Ensure that tractor units are being correctly utilized to maximize vessel
productivity and/or yard consolidation requirements.
Supervise vessel berthing/sailing and mooring gang operations as
required.
Inform and liaise with shift engineering staff on equipment breakdowns.
Ensure that continuous operations are maintained during shift
changeovers and Container Handling Equipment operators rest period
changeovers.

Responsible for all customs clearance operations at Suez Port, Adabiya
Port and Ain El-Sukhna Port.
Responsible for cargo storage procedures, receiving imported
shipments, loading and storing them in the client’s stores within the
customs zone or in the port authority stores implementing all required
customs regulations to prevent the office clients from any demurrages or
extra fees till he is able to carry his cargo out of customs zone. Also
coordinating between different stores and choosing the suitable store for
each cargo type, according to its nature, required area for storage,
safety standards and expected storage period for each.
Supervising the office storage staff while loading cargos from containers
into Lorries and moving them from customs yards to stores.
Handling & auditing all fees and payments of the storage process.
Fulfilling all customs clearance procedures of the imported shipments all
over the country since the arrival either as bulk cargos or packed in
containers. These procedures include the regulations applied to the
shipment, due fees payments, the delivery process supervision to the
