 Supervision of inventory management systems including physical stock counts, audits and warehousing.
 Continuous review of inventory stock levels, analysis with inventory budgets and investigation of unusual
variances and report them to the management accordingly.
 Ensuring handling of non-conforming products in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
 Preparation of quality controls documentation & reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-
validations.
 Recording of inventory transactions in the company's centralized accounting system maintained in SAP

 Assisting procurement department in issuing purchase orders and resolving issues regarding invoicing,
