  • 1.  Abstract art is a type of art that is non representational and non objective. It has a meaning in it thought. Abstract art is a visual form of communication using colour and texture.
  • 2.  The Abstract art movement began in the 1940s in New York City after World War II. However, the first real Abstract Art was painted earlier by some Expressionists, especially Kandinsky in the early 1900s.
  • 3.  Composition of points, Lines, and surfaces.
  • 4.  Opposed to cubist and surrealist, techismo, col our field,and abstract expreesionism.
