1. Mr Abdul Kaleel who had self studied the CP assessment methodology referring the plenty of
literature available oninternet wasinvitedbyone of hisformer client organization to conduct a
comprehensive CP assessment. As the facility is so familiar to him he directly met the CEO,
ProductionManagerand Maintenance managerand verifiedthe objective of the organizationin
conducting the CP assessment. Having learnt that their problem is substandard products and
rejects, calleduponacross sectionof people from the Production department and conducted a
very effective brainstorming session. The options generated were highly impressive and Mr
Kaleel submitted a well written report to the client including those options within one week
even though the client didn’t expect the report so early.
Clarify giving reasons your agreement or disagreement with the methodology that Mr Kaleel
followed in conducting the CP assessment?

employed in the factory always as CEOs in the basis of one year contracts and because of the
fearof exposingtothe chemicalsthe labourturnover remainsashighas 25%. A comprehensive
CP assessment was conducted successfully in the plant by a recently trained CP consultant in
Pakistanandthe company that operateswith goodprofitmarginsiswillingtoimplement all the
recommendationsmade atthe earliest.Howeverthe CP consultant has doubts in sustaining CP
in this organization.
