12. • Globalization and e-commerce has impacted the way people live and business
industries sell and promote and products in the global market. Through E-
commerce, business and consumer interacts differently they became more effective,
efficient and wise in looking into the products and services they have.
• E-commerce and globalization has completely transformed how the world
operates. In all fields like government, businesses, companies, organization and
even academe IT and globalization has impacted exponentially. Because of
information technology, e-commerce has been created and integrated in many
businesses. Online learning has been a new way for institutions and universities to
meet global demands in pedagogy. Real time monitoring systems, expert system
and decision support system have been used in other industries and government to
improve their business and gain competitive advantage and adopt global change.
• Though e-commerce in the global environment is one beautiful thing, it has still
limitations that businesses and consumers has to work with to attain mutual
improvement.
