This document advertises and provides details for a two-day conference hosted by The Multicultural Community Project that aims to provide solutions and strategies for churches, non-profits, and businesses facing challenges. The conference will address issues like violence, economic struggles, and workforce development. It will feature guest speakers and organizations making impacts in their communities. Attendees can gain skills and partnerships to strengthen their organizations through topics like leadership, innovation, and policy. 2. Our churches, non-for profits and businesses have always been the
cornerstones of our communities. These organizations in our
communities cannot meet some of the basic needs of their residents.
Where will they turn? Churches and community organizations are
struggling to stay afloat.
Gun violence is at a all time high! Our children and adults are the
victims of gangs, drugs, crime and death. We are engaging the need
for anti-violence, not by talking about the statistics and the problem,
but instead providing a solution to the here and now issues.
