INTRODUCTION
BCB / BOSSES CREATING BOSSES LLC, is not only an organization in
entertainment, but it’s also a group about community activism. Our
motto is in our name, BOSSES CREATING BOSSES, founded by Sir.
Gregory Henry. From growing up under the likes of our elder family
members; such as the late Lana Felton-Ghee, Clifton Davis and The
Honorable John F. Street, Mayor of The City of Philadelphia just to
name a few; we the partners of BCB, Greg Henry and Jason Kibble,
have learned and accepted the torch of action and have developed a
unique organization that may start out producing music but also can
and will develop and mentor future leaders of The Free World, The
United States of America.
Through our non-profit BOSSES CREATING BOSSES FOUNDATION, your
support and contributions are greatly encouraged, so together WE can
accomplish the goal of shaping our future the right way, The American
Way, One Dream at a Time.

MISSION STATEMENT
BCB is set to create programs that will educate, scout and train the
youth of today in the fields of music, film, sports, education, medicine,
law and politics. After school programs & classes, internships,
summer day camps, tournaments and festivals are just a small taste of
what is to come.
By having the proper tutelage we will foster successors in all aspects
of life to become what GOD originally planned for all of us, and so I
welcome you to BOSSES CREATING BOSSES.
