and spiritual levels- according to WHO. In

psychological manifestations are known as
techno stress.
It is generated by electronic items like
computer, mobile phone, television etc. Bad
postures, effects of electro-magnetic rays,
hectic lifestyle etc. are responsible for
techno-stress.
4. PROBLEMS
The most likely complaints as visual strain
,headache, migrane, cervical
spondylitis, musculo-skeletals pains.
The main visuals symptoms being eye
strain, irritation tired eyes , burning
sensation in the eye, redness in the
