Major Job Responsibility:
Lead team members in taking responsibilities for the safety and the safety of others in
support of the corporate goal to the safest company in the industry.
Provide work direction and supervisory control of Logistics and Customer Services team
including managing third party logistics suppliers, including ensuring that carriers, external
warehouses and all third party service provider comply with our standard operating
procedure.
Overseeing the cargo insurance company and claiming loss compensation;
Establishing and maintaining Order Processing Procedure, monitoring of documentation
flow, arrangement of transport, ensure smooth flow of product for local and export sales to
external customers.
Maintain a viable customer service complaint system for both internal and external services.
Investigate customer complaint, make proper documentation, provide timely feedback and
ensure prompt resolutions on all customer services and logistics issues.
Oversee the import & export procedures to ensure company operations are in compliance
with government policies/regulations.
Keeping abreast of the latest news and market information on logistics and distribution issues
and providing timely update to management and associates on all critical information.
Requirements:
University degree in Distribution Management or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in a similar environment
4 years team management experience is preferred
Computer knowledge – MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Fluent in both Mandarin & English
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, responsible and able to take the initiative.
