Learn your spelling words by whatever method suits you. Some people are visual(seeing)
learners some are auditory (hearing) learners. You can refer to spelling smart activities
on the wall for ideas.
Write all of your spelling words in alphabetical order.
Vocabulary development- for each of your words, put them in a
sentence that shows your understanding.
Complete two thinking cards from the box. Put depth and thought into each question.
Your answers should be specific yet have supporting detail.
It can negotiated if you feel completing one with more depth would be more
beneficial.
Word Detective- Complete one page from your word detective book
Buddy Read with another self-regulated learner. Complete the response sheet.
Read for at least 10mins each day. Write down what you have read.
