evaluate alternative project solution and assist with value engineering to
ensure project develops within recognised cost and time.

building design, tendering process, scheduling, value engineering workshops
and risk management of potential construction problems.

necessary planning and technical clearances from land alienation to
design and construction of the showflat
- Prepare and scrutinize tender preparation and conduct pre tender reviews
to minimize discrepancies
- Actively participate in tender interviews and preparation of tender calling
- Working closely with sales and other internal department to ensure smooth
and efficient launch
