- Oversee the appointment of contractors during tender stage, including

- Communicates effectively with Operation teams to identify needs and
evaluate alternative project solution and assist with value engineering to
ensure project develops within recognised cost and time.
- Lead project team and monitor/control the progress and development of
all relate project deliverables
-Report to senior management via meetings or regular written reports of
project related matters, status of related issues with recommendation
- Ensure the review of all relevant submissions is in line with the project
schedule
- Manage project team and lead technical discussions and meetings with
consultants and contractors
-Responsible for adequate and timely flow of information, designs, technical
data and feedback are provided to meet the stringent construction
schedule
- Review contractor’s method statement and risk assessment submissions
before granting approval to commence work
- Issue Project Manager Instructions where necessary
-Lead the handover and defects rectification process to ensure quality
standards in accordance with end user’s expectation

portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing the project plan, specifications,
building design, tendering process, scheduling, value engineering workshops
and risk management of potential construction problems.

- Conversant in project management process and authority regulations
- Responsible for entire project cycle from design conceptualising,

- Review contractor’s shop drawings, equipment and material selection,
reflected ceiling plan to ensure conformance with the project
specifications, local codes and standards
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on day to day
basis and actively involved in contract administration
- Manage project team and lead technical discussions and meetings with
consultants and contractors
- Review contractor’s method statement and risk assessment submissions
before granting approval to commence work

to minimize discrepancies

- Working closely with sales and other internal department to ensure smooth
