Key Responsibilities
 Prepare project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, including selection of sites and project time span
 Prepare, track & monitor project budget, plan and schedule, procurement schedule, and subcontract packages
 Assign, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel
 Conduct and chair the Design Review/Progress meeting at regular intervals, and validate detailed designs
 Monitor projects from design through completion, and ensure defined specifications and standards are strictly adhered to
 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisory personnel, and the public
 Provide a daily report to the Senior Vice President covering the progress of all sites activities
 Carry out all activities in accordance with the project quality plan, inspection and testing plans and contract documents such

 Ensure Subcontractors carry out works as per contract obligations, and within stipulated timeframe
 Prepare WIP (work in progress) reports on weekly basis

 Attend the internal review meeting to appraise the progress and bottlenecks, if any, in the project’s execution program
 Review and approve all Work Package correspondence for Commercial and Contractual intent
 Monitor and control all activities of personnel including sub contractors at sites in line with the project program & schedule
 Follow up the progress of the work, and ensure that the construction works meet best quality standards and performance

2.  Report any Commercial and Contractual risks to Management
 Engage QS team in project evaluation & invoicing and verify subcontractor’s/vendors’ invoices
 Prepare and maintain Emergency Action Plan for the organization
 Lead QS and bidding team in pre-bid engineering and bid documentation exercise
 Review technical document & pricing of bids, and optimize bid cost through VA/VE to enhance chance of winning
 Prepare and finalize subcontract scope of work and tender document, manage tendering & award process
 Manage all QS functions during pre & post construction stages including quantity take off and material submissions, earned
value measurements, quantification & costing of changes and variations, material & billing reconciliations, subcontractors
work verification, etc.
 Manage prime contract and administer subcontracts, ensuring holistic executionof contractual deliveries till closure
 Resolve contractual conflicts and disputes within the framework of contract agreements, and manage changes
