proposing an organizational change based on the following information: APA style
required.1. Analyze the organizational challenge that you discussed in part 1 of your paper.
What factors can you identify that contribute to it? Locate the discussion in the context of
related literature on the topic. For example, if the challenge you identify is “high staff
turnover,” synthesize the literature from two peer review journal articles that examine the
same topic. What does the literature say about the challenge you have identified?2. Propose
an organizational change or changes that would alleviate the above challenge. Be explicit.3.
Indicate steps to be taken (the process), to alleviate the challenge and the time frame to be
used. Apply one social work theoretical framework to your discussion. This might include
systems theory, crisis theory, chaos theory (incorporate at least one peer reviewed article
on the theoretical framework you select. You can also use a textbook.4. Suggest how and
when the proposed change could be evaluated. Please be detailed & submit a publish
evaluation tool.Throughout this paper, cite scholarly peer reviewed literature and material
from course readings that supports or are relevant to your comments. At least three
