Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa Reception’s office to take Booklets, no brochures available. Did not offer a
complementary drink. Sales and property consultant was on a lunch break.
Jebel Siffah
The receptionist was hidden by the high reception table. Offered beverages as soon as I entered.
The consultant was wearing a uniform and had high knowledge and excellent marketing skills. A big screen to
show the products. Insured me that I can come at anytime to go visit the site but with a previous call.
They do not have the competition vibe.

The Consultant was sitting outside the building. A very relaxing smell inside the building (Lemon). Offered tea and
snacks once I entered. The consultant had a smiley face from the beginning to the end. A Very high knowledge of
the properties. The property Modules were everywhere in the building like a gallery. The Insured me that I could
come at anytime to visit the sites with a previous call. Follow up e-mail 2 days after and a follow up call a week
later.
