10. Insights
The movie was very an interesting one, it
really reflects my future profession, it gives me a
lot of strategies that I’d never been encountered
before, it also emphasizes the roles of being a
teacher especially when you are having a
students who are very much difficult to manage
due to their behaviors,
11. The movie also promoted the different
styles on how to catch the attention of the
students in order for the teacher to generate the
suitable strategy so that the intended learning
outcome shall be achieved. It was done by
looking first the different life background of the
students, in this strategy the teacher able to
insert his way how to manage the students, and
in that way he was able to see and use the
capabilities if his students to assess learning.
12. I also realized throughout the movie, yes, it is a great challenge
for a teacher to handle students who’s having a diverse tricky to
handle attitudes, that maybe you will be turn down if the students
will humiliate you, hard for you to make them follow, and even if they
will going to walkout from you, it is a very devastating if it is the thing
that will be happened, but for me as I’ve watch the movie, it is a great
opportunity for me, on how I am going to capture their interest for
me to inject the learning needs with use of their talents, capabilities
and even abilities, because in that way I can be able to make their
learning interest bloom, that is why somehow I need to have a very
long rope of patient and perseverance in order for me to do that, and
I also need to posses a wide open mind to see their life background
and situation for me to formulate suitable strategy that would
effectively persuade them to listen, learn and perform.
