1. CI350Class
The CI 350 Class twitter account was interesting to follow. I liked how the user posted things for the
students to read about some assignments. I also liked how there was information on there about the
extra credit. I enjoyed reading some of the links the user poster. One I particularly liked was the one
pictured below (How to teach…anti-bullying).
Dwight Carter
I decided to choose Dwight Carter as one of my people to follow. He is a principal at New Albany High
School. He tweeted different school related topics. One thing I particularly liked about his tweets was
how complimented some of his students on their achievements like he did in the picture below.
Patrick Larkin
I chose Patrick Larkin as one of my people to follow. He is an assistant supt. for Burlington Public
Schools. I liked how he tweeted to persuade people to participate in certain events. In the picture below
he tweeted to try to get people to come join him for a great cause.
2. Katie Hellerman
I decided to follow Katie Hellerman. She is a teacher herself and she also trains new teachers. I really
liked how she took photos of her students and uploaded them like the one below. It is a good way to
share some great moments with the parents.
Akevy Greenblatt
I chose to follow Akevy Greenblatt. He is president of Star Educational Consulting. He posted many
tweets to very informational links that have educational purposes. I really enjoyed reading the one
pictured below (Ways to Get Technology into Your Classrooms). I feel like it really went along with our CI
350 class.
