• This is to promote her new EP, After

• The cover art appears to be stuck onto a

• There is a big “out now” button underneath.
• Even the x in the top right corner is
matching the theme as it is in a light pink
heart.
• It’s initially clear that her primary target
audience are young females.

• In the top centre of the home page, we see the artist’s name.
• This is in a light pink bubble font with hearts used as dots for the ”i”s.
• This font anchors the young, female target audience.
• It looks as if it’s been cut from something else and stuck onto the background, signifying arts and crafts which anchors her ’After School’
EP.

• The background image is of a large manor house or private
school and the gardens around it.
• When scrolling down the page, a pink school bus drives in from
the left.
• The manor house has K-12 written on it, which was Melanie’s
most recent album.

• The colours are all pastel which anchors the target audience.

handwritten font on a
piece of writing paper.
• As there aren’t a lot of
links, it makes it a lot
more user-friendly.

• The Enter button takes you to another option page where
we see Melanie in an extreme long shot of the school,
with the pink school bus.
• The options are to watch the film or listen to music, both
in pastel hearts, one pink, one blue.
• If you press ’Watch the Film’, it takes you to a different
page where you can watch the film for free on YouTube
or download it.
• If you press ‘Listen to Music’, it scrolls down where you
can access all her EPs and albums.
• The background is of the gardens.
10. S I G N U P
• When you click on ‘Sign Up’, it provides a pastel pink
school notebook with ’Sign Up’ and “Click Me’ written on it.
• Once you click it, it opens the notebook, where it says
’Email Address’ in a handwritten font above a line.
• Underneath is a ’Submit’, also in a handwritten font over
what appears to be pink crayon.
• This makes it so fun and interactive for a young audience.
11. S T O R E
• When you click the ’Store’ button, it takes you to the gardens again, with a clothing line and pegs holding up the
merchandise.
• Above it says, ”Get Ready for the First Day of School”. This is obviously playing into her new EP.
• If you press the furthest right piece of paper, it takes you to her actual store website.
• She has pencil cases as merchandise, yet again playing into her After School EP.

• The About page has the
blue sky background with
a beige card on top.
• On this card, we have a
red boarder, a picture of
Melanie Martinez, her
name and album name
and an about section on
who she is.

• The Tour page also has this blue sky
background.
• There is a piece of writing paper
which says “Tour” in a handwritten
font.
• Underneath there is a cork board
which has K-12 on the frame.
• Pinned onto the cork board are the
dates and places for her online
concert.
• Of course the paper is pastel pink
and the pastel pink and blue hearts
are back from the ‘Enter’ page.
