find out the right one, consider the following things
– your product type (digital/physical), stock size,
payment method, self-hosted or hosted, payment
plan, etc.
2. NOT HAVING RESPONSIVE WEBSITE
"Statistics show that more and more people are
doing their research and shopping on mobile
devices. In fact, 57% of consumers will not
recommend a business with a poorly designed

3. NOT MAKING SUREYOURWEBSITE IS SECURE

using public key encryption. Make sure to display

4. BAD OR NO SEARCH CAPABILITY

are more than three times more likely to convert
than customers who don't," says Andy Eades,
ecommerce consultant. Review your existing search
option and speak with your developers about how
you can implement a better search solution.
5. POOR IMAGES
A case study fromVisualWebsite Optimizer showcased that product with large images and product
description viewable on mouse resulted in a straight 9.46% increase in sales. It's important to show
multiple angles, and if the options change the appearance, such as the color, multiple options. Also make
sure the photo is big enough to zoom in on, especially with a smartphone.
6. NOT HAVING UNIQUE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Most of the ecommerce retailers copy product
description from the manufacturer website which is
consider one of the biggest mistakes. Adding unique
product description not only help you stand apart
from the competition, but also boost your ranking.
7. LACK OF SHIPPING &WARRANTY INFORMATION
22% of cart abandonments happen due to lack of shipping
and warranty information.Therefore, it’s essential to
provide detailed information which will be well understood
by the visitors. It is also important for you to offer multiple
shipping options as some might expect an overnight
delivery, whereas some might rather opt for a cost-effective
option.
