The Office of Practice and Community Engagement at the Arnold School of Public Health and the Institute of Cultural Affairs are offering free half-day Action Planning sessions for six nonprofit groups to help develop effective implementation plans for projects lasting three to nine months. Experienced facilitators will lead participants through visualizing a successful outcome, analyzing their current situation, and creating a practical action plan and timeline to maximize commitment and involvement. Interested groups must have a minimum of 10 participants and complete one hour of pre-work planning to provide context for the facilitators.
