Marion Sims Foundation is hosting a free learning series titled 'Great Governance: Exploring the Practices of High Performing Boards' for board members of agencies, occurring on February 26, March 12, April 23, and May 14, 2013. The series will feature guest presenter Charles Weathers, who will discuss topics such as board orientation, diversity, succession planning, and strategic planning. Pre-registration is required by February 5, 2013, for each executive director or board member attending.
