OBoJi Curtain Wall is an emerging new entity in the field of construction professional services specializing in
curtain wall in China. Fully registered in June of 2010 in the border city of Dandong in NE China, OBoJi is
strategically located to serve the construction and development needs of Dandong’s program to build a new city as
well as to serve the anticipated expansion of trade relations with the markets of the Korean peninsula. Within three
months of incorporation, OBoJi was able to secure the exterior glass and glazing scopes of work for two landmark
government projects in Dandong, the new Stadium + Athletic Arenas (3) and the new Airport Terminal. Private
sector work to begin in 2011 for OBoJi includes the exterior of the first Redstar Macalline Furniture Mall in
Dandong and the highly acclaimed Yanjiao mixed-use development just outside of Beijing.
In addition to the portfolio of new construction projects underway, OBoJi has successfully sourced top quality
custom-built materials to clients around the world, from stainless steel fittings for the foyer of the Revel Resort in
Atlantic City to ornamental hardware for the graduation hall of the Riyadh Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

OBoJi Curtain Wall Principals:
Kevin Sun – 30+ years of business experience, Mr. Sun is an expert in integrating Eastern and Western philosophies
in conducting business in China. With a far reaching network in China, Mr. Sun’s focus is on assisting OBoJi and
its client entities to win projects, specializing in particular on the procurement of new government construction
projects. Mr. Sun was previously an instructor at the University of Delaware.
Wayne Wang – 10+ years of international commerce and construction management experience. Mr. Wang has
participated in the project management of multi-billion dollar projects including the Echelon and Project
CityCenter in Las Vegas, with prior factory management experience of Chinese suppliers as a Project Manager for
Tishman Construction. Mr. Wang attended the Master of Construction Management program at the University of
Southern California and holds a MA degree in Urban Planning from UCLA.
