There are many ways to learn more about how to meditate. This presentation will introduce you to some basics steps how to meditate.
  2. 2. First find a comfortable place where you can sit without distraction for at least 15 minutes. 1

  4. 4. Close your eyes and focus within. 3
  5. 5. Focus your attention on your breath or an affirmation. 4
  6. 6. 5 If you notice your mind thinking, that’s ok: just bring your focus back to your techniques.
  7. 7. Give yourself a few minute to acclimate slowly back into the activities of your day. 6
