2. Shopping Mall Management System
Project Report
Project Description:
In this project, we will be designing a simple shopping
mall management system using object oriented technology.
It will provide a better way to manage the mall while at the
same time allowing us to explore design patterns and other
features object oriented technology.

3. The main objective of the system will be allow to access information as
well as to add and delete information for what all the six types of user
that are privileged with their respective user name and password to use
it, are as fallows ---

Objectives

4. Tenant Officer
Tenant Officer have the fallowing privileges in the system He/She
can----
1. Logged-in into the system with a valid user name and password.
2. Change the password for security purpose.
3. See warning like contract id expiration, account password expired.
4. view Floor Plan
5. View Rental Contracts details
6. View Payment Record details
7. View tenants, units,
8. View unit complaints and maintenance records
9. add new rental payment records
10. add new maintenance records
11. edit unit details i.e. increase/decrease cost per SQ ft. of any unit.

5. Facility Officer
Facility Officer have the fallowing privileges in the system He/She
can----
1. Logged-in into the system with a valid user name and password.
2. Change the password for security purpose
3. View warnings like a/c password expire and Low Quantity of
logistic items
4. View facilities record like lift, escalator, Internet, etc.
5. View logistics items like security camera etc.
6. Add new facilities, logistics items, replenishment record.
7. Edit facilities, logistics item details

6. Finance Officer
Finance Officer have the fallowing privileges in the system He/She
can----
1. Logged-in into the system with a valid user name and password.
2. Change the password for security purpose.
3. See warning like profit/loss, revenue/expenses for current
month account password expired etc.
4. View profit/loss (Yearly/Monthly) by graphical view
5. View Revenue/Expenses (Yearly/monthly) by graphical view
6. View Miscellaneous/rental revenue
7. View Salary expenses, Overtime, Facility maintenance, logistics,
replenishment unit maintenance expenses Records
8. Add Miscellaneous expenses and Miscellaneous revenue.

7. Human Resource Officer
Human Resource Officer have the fallowing privileges in the
system He/She can----
1. Logged-in into the system with a valid user name and password.
2. Change the password for security purpose.
3. See warning like contract id expiration, account password expired
etc.
4. View Salary Details, Employee Statistics (Over All view &
Individual View), Overtime details .
