  1. YAAP had acquired SOINSI which is a content strategic company, its founder Seeraj Katoch joined YAAP team as partner and Brand Planet Consultants for $3 Mn in an all-cash deal. As part of the deal, the founders of Brand Planet Consultants, Anjan Roy and Shouvik Roy, joined YAAP’s digital management team as senior partners.
