Notable features : Played key role in the preparation of policies for the year 2015-16, &
2016-17 on behalf of the Loans & Advances section of the Industrial Finance department of the
Bank , viz; Non-Farm sector financing(NFS), Institutional & Industrial Financing catering to Micro
Finance Federations, Short Term (others) catering to credit delivery to big farmers for
undertaking commercial crop production in the state of Telangana, credit delivery to Landless
farming community through Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), Micro financing through Self-Help

Attending to Legal aspects, preparation and vetting of para-wise remarks in legal cases, liaison
with Standing Legal Counsel of the bank for following-up legal cases. Undertaking field visits to
units financed by bank (direct finance) or and constituent District Cooperative Central Banks
(DCCBs) located in the state of Telangana for ensuring utilisation of loans. Take up issues &
follow-up with the government for recovery of loans guaranteed by the govt and taking of steps

of India institution and since then had worked in the World Bank assisted project in the districts
of Andhra Pradesh State, India. Have hands-on experience in providing training inputs to banking
and cooperative bank/society personnel on various banking products besides financial
management, marketing management, administrative management for Board of Directors of
societies, preparation and implementation of Business Development Plans(BDPs) for agricultural
banking personnel, legal and disciplinary cases management. Conducted various training
programs for banking/society personnel in Mahbubnagar and Ranga Reddy Districts and trained
