2. Plan B- My alternate idea
• My second idea was to design a magazine based on summertime. It would only be published approximately 6 times a year
during the summer holidays.
• My magazine would contain ideas on what to do and different recipes to try out to keep you cool and refreshed.
• I would also include family friendly advertisements of local places and businesses.
• Finally each magazine would feature pictures of different places on the seaside- Bournemouth, Sandbanks, South Bourne
etc…
• However this magazine I would not include competitions in as it would not be regularly published and there would be
enough content without competitions.
What would I name this magazine? What colours would I use?
• I would name this summer magazine ‘Sunny days’ and I would feature a photo of the seaside on the front cover with
the title overlapped in dark blue font connoting the sea.
