mills.

 I was fortune to work under him directly for IR & HR for Crown Mills which was hot spot of Communist labour
union.
 Being cricketer he use to face confidently & positively every challenge as new ball.
 He trained me to handle worst labour situations tactfully & clamly. All my future success is mainly because of
smooth handling of all HR-IR issues.
 His PR was unique & I have not seen any one in my life to be so excellent. He trained me directly under his control
which benefited me in my all difficult assignments.
 His punctuality is amazing & unbelievable.

 I had very short association with him in Textile Unit in Indonesia.
 Dynamic Personality with aggressive business strategies.
 He might be one of few Indian business men to acquire overseas units in various areas in 1980.
 He was very transparent with clarity in his thoughts.
 Though I was with him for very short time ,he had very good impression about my work ethics .
 He was task master with feasible approach.

 It was my destiny to get associated with him directly as head of textile division at Goa .One fine day It was pleasant surprise to received phone call from his secretary
to meet him in Mumbai Office. We had detail discussion regarding all issues of Textile unit in Goa & he convinced me to accept his offer to take full charge of Textile
division under his direct control.
 He transformed me into effective & efficient CEO by mentoring & educating with effective finance controls.
 I was given full freedom to run business.
 He use to meet me every fortnight to discuss & review business performance.
 He was very polite & hardcore business man. He use to guide me to correct my decisions instead of forcing his decision.
 My professional & Personal career prosperity started flourishing under his guidance & Mentoring.
 My financial status also started on upward trend as he gave me starting package of Rs 6,0 lacks CTC in 80s.

 It was golden opportunity to meet him 6 times when I was working as GM-Production in TAtA Mills -Parel Unit.
 Though Tata mils was under NTC as Custodian he use to review our Defence supply which is his pride.
 We use to produce Parachute cloth/Black Commando Cloth/ Tent Cloth / Non woven seeping bag cloth for icy weather/ Camouflage
cloth for Indian army & He being committee member use to meet me.
 He is God fearing personally & you feel very auspicious in his presence.
 He is so humble & down to earth which can not be explained but felt in his presence.
 His presence mesmerises your Mind /Body & Heart. He is representative of Almighty sent to serve mankind.

 Once I was called at his residence when he was fiancé minster & in just 10 mins he offered me to take charge of Textile
unit in his home town which was in big mess.
 He has been instrumental to give free hand as G.M. in NG Mills Solapur.
 It was very tough situation in all fronts at NG Mills but he supported me through his sources.
 He use to call me at his rest house whenever he use to be in Solapur for review.
 He had indirect support to take care of my security. ( He was police inspector in his earlier days.)
 He is excellent human being with discipline.

 I had an opportunity to work under her able guidance in MSTC & fortunate to receive recognitions as Best General Manger
Award.
 She is still active after her retirement in reputed corporate.
 She is very firm believer of converting challenges into opportunity & hence we could achieve following awards :-
 We in NG Mills-Solapur could get Best Vendors award 3 years consecutively from Jonson & Jonson for supplying surgical cloth.
 We won 1st prize in Energy Conservation from Centre Govt.
 She has been always supporting to performers & hence I could get excellent recognition in MSTC. Never felt that I am working
in Govt organization.

 He is my GURU in professional life who always believing me as transparent & result oriented performer.
 He is still my well-wisher in all walks of life.
 He has been giving me many opportunities to prove & with grace of God I rarely failed in his expectations.
 Under his Chairmanship in MSTC I could achieve many milestones.
 I am grateful to Almighty to have Mr. Vaidya in my life as mentor.
 He taught me simplicity with analytical approach for all problems in getting proper solutions.
 He is highly respected in textile industry.

 Fortunate to get opportunity to work under him for Morarajee-Bremban –Joint Venture with Italian partner. It is one of best high value
yarn dyed shirting unit.
 Though I was not directly reporting to him, he used to review monthly performance for minimum 1hour. His way of review is
exceptionally different than other authorities . He is very cool but to the point in entire review.
 He is great visionary & has been encouraging performers with his guidance.
 We have been manufacturing World Class Shirting fabric in MBL & he was always appreciating entire team in his factory visit at Nagpur.
 His smiling face with very homily attitude towards my team has been key for our success.

 I had an opportunity to serve under his guidance in Shree Ram Mills as Sr President having excellent textile unit.
 He was excellent in PR / IR / HR & managing business effectively.
 He used to visit my cebine every day at 7,0 PM to discus all issues of day.
 He had very close contacts with most of skilled labours & use to appreciate personally for their skills.
 He always use to tell me that if your HR policies are based on humanity & transparency then no need to worry about IR.
 He had been very kind to me in my difficult time of my Son’s car accident.
