4. INTRODUCTION
• I did a project on job profiles of various
employees in several organizations. I have
visited 7 organizations in that 20 employees I
met. By doing it I have got some details of the
job roles and performances of the employees
in the organizations.
5. PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT
• to know about the organization structure &
how employees are working in organization.
What are the works which are done by the
employees and to know about how the task
divided into departments. What is the
individuals job role in the organization.
6. OBJECTIVES
• knowing what to do, what not to do in the
organizations. So that we have to know how
we will behave ethically in organization.
• 1. to know about job profile.
• 2.to interact with middle level employees and
high level employees.
• 3.to have an idea of the roles of employees.
8. • On 17 April 1970, the then Prime Minister of India,
the late Indira Gandhi announced the government's
decision in the Parliament to establish a steel plant
at Visakhapatnam. Planning started by appointing
site selection committee in June 1970 and
subsequently the committee‘s report was approved.
On 20 January 1971 Mrs. Gandhi laid the foundation
stone of the plant.

10. • BSNL, then known as the Department of
Telecommunications, had been a near
monopoly during the socialist period of the
Indian economy. During this period, BSNL was
the only telecom service provider in the
country. MTNL. was present only in Mumbai
and New Delhi. During this period BSNL
operated as a typical state-run organization.

Andhra Bank was founded by Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi
Sitaramayya in 1923 in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The founder Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi Sitaramayya was an
eminent freedom fighter and a multifaceted genius. The
Bank was registered on November 20, 1923 and
commenced business on 28 November 1923 with a paid
up capital of Rs 1.00 lakh and an authorised capital of Rs
10.00 lakhs

21. METHODOLOGY
• the method which I followed in the
organization is interview method , that is
getting appointment of the manager,going
face to face of the employees and asking
questions which I required.
22. ANALYSIS
• in any organization work is segregated into departments so that we will
do work very easily. The allocation of work into these dept’s.
• HR dept- recruitment, training and development.
• FINANCE- maintaining accounts and paying tax.
• MARKETING- promotional activities which is for increase the sales.
• OPERATIONS- reducing cost for earning profits.
• IT- related to technical device.
23. LEARNINGS
• my learning Is to that as per managers
suggestions, whom I met, you have to take
finace because, you know very well about
accounting subject knowledge. So that I
learned from them is take finance
specialization.
24. CONCLUSION
• finally I can say finance is the better
specialization to take at the 3rd semester. As far as I know
in any organization finance manager plays important role. Because the budget
allocation &funds related duty done by the finance manager only.
