and 600 sq. yards. Could sell 85 % within 1 month of pre-launch itself. 30% was i.e., approx. 40 Acres (400 plots) were sold to
HPCL Officers Society alone. Other than this, we are having Flats, Villas, Row Houses etc. projects on a PAN India basis and 10
branches to market in prime locations of India.
Exposure to : Scanning, Faxing, Telexing, Booking online and off-line tickets, making Travel Arrangements, Stay Arrangements,
dealing with Pass Port Office works, arranging for VISA's etc. Booking vehicles locally as well as for outstation visits. Tie ups with

brother working for ICICI Direct (not associates). My father in law is retired officer from DMRL, Brother in law is an Engineer in
DMRL, younger brother in law is also an Engineer working for an Engineering Company, youngest brother in law is a Doctor in
London. My daughter studying Inter 1st
year at Bhavans College is a National Volley Ball Player and Son studying 9th
standard at St.
Martin's High School, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad is also a National Volley Ball Player.
My Earlier Organisation(s) history :
I would like to tell some brief history about the organisations I worked. When I was working at Venkateshwara Hatcheries Ltd, the
then CMD Shri.B.Vasudeva Rao was conferred Padmashri by the Indian Government. At TCI after my joining, we could
successfully salvage the Lord Buddha Statue which was drowned and every one thought Lord Buddha Statue will remain drowned
there for ever. We received appreciation letter from Shri M.K.Agarwal, then MD. When I joined ITW Signode, the division I worked
bagged an order worth Rs.60 lakhs from Reliance Industries Ltd., Our team got appreciation letter from the then Chairman Shri S.
Bhattacharya. Also, ITW Signode was listed in Fortune 500 Mag. consecutively for 3 years during that period. When I worked in
Bhadrachalam Paper Boards Ltd, we had Paper Machine I, II & III, I had the opportunity to be part of their expansion of production
by erecting Paper Machine IV with State of Art Technology and also coordinated arrangements for TCI who bagged the order of
transporting the PM V drum from Mumbai to Bhadrachalam by road. Volume wise a gigantic task, any minor scratch on the drum
makes it useless scrap. That had to be transported on a Gold Hoffer Hydraulic Trailer. I joined Yashodha Hospital in 2000 and in
2002 we could commence YASHODHA Hospital Secunderabad in Feb. 2002 starting with Oncology Department and expand to all
departments subsequently. Today, it stands among 1st 10 Hospitals in India. Road Carriers when I joined, was a 20 lakhs turnover
surface transport organisation, during my tenure, we worked hard to acquire more business in the market and reach 10 crore mark.
After my joining in KARVY Realty Division, we bagged an order for 25 crores from HPCL Officers Society to provide housing plots
for their members and in the search, we had acquired 120 acres venture named KARVY NOVA out of this, 40 acres was meant for
HPCL rest we could sell in open market and done expansion 2 times. 20 acres once and 6 acres later seeing the response from
market (a 500 crore project). I am not projecting these as my achievements but feeling proud about the achievements of the
organisation I worked and working with.
