His idea is to allow students to work briefly in different industries before graduation to learn what interests them. Based on the jobs they like, students would work with experts to design customized degree programs made up of the courses needed for those careers, along with some mandatory general courses. A prototype would involve students choosing an office to work in for 6 months before graduation for hands-on learning and job exploration. This would help them select degree programs tailored to their interests and future career goals.

Customized Graduation Degrees
• Student is allowed to experience Industry in brief before they choose their
discipline
• They talk to experts and list out the courses that they need to study to
equip them for the jobs they like
• They select these course and make a customized degree for themselves.
• Some other courses can be added as compulsory and generic courses for
all students by professors.

3. Prototype
• Before graduation, students choose to work in a office of their choice.
• Initially they would need assimilation and skills training.
• Every day they would interact with professionals and learn more about the
job.
• If they feel they like what they are doing, they would talk to experts and
chalk out a courses they need to study as part of graduation.
• If they don’t like what they are doing, they can switch jobs in the company.
• Academies should give option for custom graduate degrees.
• Academy can insist on few mandatory courses as well for every degree.
• Each student will be given 6 months to try out different job options.
