The Implementation of a Data Standardization Mechanism Within CCM
When it comes to customer communication management (CCM) processes, data
standardization is essential to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance. Establishing
a data standardization methodology helps improve data quality, customer experience,
operational efficiency, and compliance.

running efficiently or human intervention to check accuracy. Identifying the process and

cleansing, and validation to ensure data is correct, comprehensive, and consistent. Data

3. Utilize data mapping and transformation techniques: Use data mapping and transformation
techniques to coordinate data from multiple sources into a uniform format. Data mapping

transformation involves changing data from one format or structure to another. This ensures
that information from various sources is standardized and aligned with CCM procedures.
