• Scheduling Interviews of the short listed Candidates with the Client
• Sourcing required number of candidates for Weekend drives in order to close
optimum positions.
• Maintaining daily and weekly MIS
• Handling the joining formalities of the candidate (includes- follow ups on
medical status, Guest house booking for candidates opting for re - location)
• Do the posting on all the four portals like Naukri, Monster etc
